You will be on the water during 1st session!

During the 4 x 1.5hr Sunday sessions you will learn to row in a relaxed atmosphere. You will learn to apply the fundamentals of rowing technique both on land and water, as well as understanding boat handling and rowing terminology.

Rowing is awesome low-impact-full-body fitness!

Following the L2R course, you will be able to decide if you want to continue rowing as either a Recreational or Competitive rower.

Our course is 80% practical and 20% theory!

The L2R course consists of:

• 4 x Sunday Sessions (consecutive Sundays)

• 1.5 hours per session

• Start time 10am

Course Fee = $200 per participant

When are L2R Courses run?

Courses are conducted all year round, and are scheduled based on interest.  Once The L2R Coordinator establishes interest, dates are set and pre-registered participants will be contacted.

What happens after I complete the L2R?

Once you have completed the learn to row, you may apply to become a Member of APSMRC.

Included in your APSMRC membership fee is access to the development squad and free coaching.
